No Purchase Necessary. To participate in The Cyberprizes.com Sweepstakes online, you must register at Cyberprizes.com and remain a member in good standing throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. This will enter you into every monthly draw for $500 and various other prizes of varying value. Each entry must use a unique email address (ie two people cannot use a shared email account to enter once each... the other person must get another email account). In order for a contestant to participate, the contestant's e-mail address, first name and last name must be provided to Cyberprizes.com. Throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes, the contestant must accept all e-mailings from Cyberprizes.com. 2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on January 1, 2000 and runs indefinitely. 3. WINNER SELECTION: One grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on (or about) the 15th of each eligible month during the sweepstakes period at 12:00 noon EST from all eligible online entries received. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Cyberprizes.com, whose decisions are final, at their head office. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days following the drawing date and will be required to respond within 72 hours in order to qualify. 4. PRIZES: Monthly prizes will consist of $500.00 cash awards. Physical prizes of varying value may also be awarded. 5. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cyberprizes.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Residents of the Province of Quebec are not eligible. The appropriate authorities in the state, province, or country in which you reside determine the minimum legal age limit (generally, the minimum is between 18 and 21 years of age). 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No purchase necessary. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes and duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Prize winner may be required to submit valid identification to Cyberprizes.com and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within two (2) days following attempted notification of a monthly winner. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Contestants agree to Cyberprizes.com's use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Further, said likeness must be provided by the winner in order to be eligible to claim their prize. All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Cyberprizes.com is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant or an equipment or technical malfunction or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors. Cyberprizes.com reserves the right to halt the contest at any time due to situations beyond its control, such as strikes, acts of God, etc., or for any reason. Cyberprizes.com reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest. Cyberprizes.com is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes. Cyberprizes.com reserves the right to cancel this Sweepstakes at any time without obligation or prior notice. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Cyberprizes.com their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won. 7. INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control Cyberprizes.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Cyberprizes.com reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event Cyberprizes.com further reserves the right to conduct a drawing to award the current monthly prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Cyberprizes.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Cyberprizes.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Entrants may not play with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple entrants, other than as permitted by these Rules. Any entrant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to play multiple times will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PRIZEHEADQUATERS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 8. WINNERS LIST: The name of the winner will be posted on the Cyberprizes.com Web site. 9. GOVERNING LAW: This contest is subject to these complete official rules. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Rules, contestants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Ontario, Canada and that it shall be resolved in and by the courts of that province.
